1958

Lahntechnik GmbH established by Mr. Max Hamann. The company specializes in the development and production of refrigeration units for the commercial refrigeration sector, such as snack vending machine coolers, bottle coolers, cream coolers. Water heat exchangers with up to 5 hp were delivered to customers from the mechanical engineering and medical technology industries.

 

1999

Expansion of the output range of its water heat exchangers up to 20 kW in a modular housing concept.

 

2001

Introduction of a series of water heat exchangers in a design housing with an output of between 1 and 10 kW for medical and laboratory applications.

 

2005

Acquisition of Duotemp Kältetechnik GmbH. Up until 2006 the company was headquartered in Holzgerlingen, near Stuttgart. Duotemp Kältetechnik GmbH can look back upon over 30 years' experience in the field of industrial refrigeration. By concentrating increasingly over the years on the areas of workpiece cooling, process cooling and vapor condensation, Duotemp Kältetechnik GmbH has established itself in the international market. The merger of these two companies was a key milestone in the corporate development. Accelerated growth, access to new markets, or the acquisition of know-how, all bred synergies that benefit our customers.

 

2007

Expansion of the output range of its water heat exchangers up to 150 kW. On August 1, 2007, Mr. Dieter Keuser joins the management of Lahntechnik GmbH and Duotemp Kältetechnik GmbH.

 

2013

Mr. Dieter Keuser takes over ownership of Lahntechnik GmbH and Duotemp Kältetechnik GmbH on November 1, 2013. The new owner's goal is to continue consolidating the positive growth course and market position of both companies. The strategy of offering our customers made-to-measure cooling solutions is being continued with the motivation of sustainably assuring the success of our customers and partners.
